These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of viral-videos (also branded as ViralVideos, "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), a public content automation platform that enables TikTok creators ("you", "your", "Creator") to generate and publish AI-powered horoscope videos. By connecting your TikTok account to viral-videos or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
viral-videos is a public-facing content automation platform available to TikTok creators. Our service:
- Generates daily AI-powered horoscope videos using astrological data and artificial intelligence
- Publishes content to Creator-authorized TikTok accounts via the official TikTok Content Posting API
- Optionally publishes to YouTube Shorts via the YouTube Data API v3
- Operates as an automated service — once configured, videos are published on your chosen schedule
- Is available to any TikTok creator, not limited to internal or personal use
2. Eligibility and Account Authorization
By using viral-videos, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
- You have the right and authority to authorize content publishing on the connected TikTok and/or YouTube accounts
- You own or are an authorized manager of any social media account you connect to the Platform
- You are not using viral-videos for personal, non-commercial internal company purposes excluded by TikTok's Developer Terms
- You will maintain your TikTok and YouTube accounts in good standing per each platform's terms
3. Platform Access and Creator Authorization
viral-videos connects to Creator TikTok accounts via TikTok Login Kit (OAuth 2.0). When you authenticate:
- You explicitly grant viral-videos permission to publish content to your TikTok profile
- You may revoke this authorization at any time through your TikTok settings ("Security and permissions" → "Apps and sessions")
- Upon revocation, all automated publishing to your account stops immediately
- You are responsible for the content published through your authorized accounts
4. AI-Generated Content and Disclosure
All content published by viral-videos is generated by artificial intelligence. The Platform is designed for transparency:
- TikTok: All videos are published with the AI-Generated Content (AIGC) label enabled, as required by TikTok's Community Guidelines.
- YouTube: All videos include "Altered content / Synthetic media" disclosure, as required by YouTube's monetization policies.
- viral-videos does not conceal, disable, or bypass AI content labeling under any circumstances.
- Creators acknowledge that AI disclosure is non-negotiable and permanent for all Platform-generated content.
5. Content Disclaimer
All horoscope content published through viral-videos is generated for entertainment purposes only:
- No claims of factual prediction, fortune-telling, or guaranteed outcomes are made
- viral-videos does not provide medical, financial, legal, psychological, or professional advice
- Horoscope content is based on general astrological data and AI language generation — it is not personalized to individual viewers
- Creators and viewers should not make life decisions based solely on AI-generated horoscope content
6. Intellectual Property
Content generated by viral-videos is produced through automated AI processes:
- Scripts are generated by AI language models (Together AI / Llama 3.3 70B) based on public astrological data
- Video content is generated by Pollinations.ai image-to-video models
- Voiceovers are generated by Microsoft Edge-TTS
- Anchor images are original AI-generated creations
- No copyrighted music, images, or footage from third parties is used
- Creators retain ownership of content published to their accounts, subject to each platform's content license terms
- viral-videos does not claim ownership of content published to Creator accounts
7. Platform Compliance
viral-videos is designed and maintained to comply with all applicable platform policies:
- TikTok: Content Posting API usage follows TikTok's Developer Terms, Content Posting API Terms, AIGC policy, and Community Guidelines. Login Kit integration follows TikTok's authentication and security requirements.
- YouTube: YouTube Data API v3 usage follows Google's API Terms of Service, YouTube's Terms of Service, and YouTube's AI content monetization policies.
- We monitor platform policy updates and adjust our service as needed to maintain compliance.
8. Creator Responsibilities
As a Creator using viral-videos, you agree to:
- Ensure content published through your account complies with TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service
- Not use viral-videos to publish content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, or violates platform policies
- Not attempt to disable or bypass AI content labeling
- Maintain the security of your TikTok and connected platform accounts
- Notify us if you become aware of any unauthorized use of the Platform through your account
9. Third-Party Services
viral-videos depends on several third-party APIs and services to function. Availability and quality of these services are outside our control:
- Together AI — LLM text generation
- Pollinations.ai — AI image and video generation
- ohmanda.com — Astrological data provider
- Microsoft Edge-TTS — Text-to-speech generation
- TikTok APIs — Authentication (Login Kit) and content publishing (Content Posting API)
- YouTube Data API v3 — Content publishing
10. Limitation of Liability
viral-videos is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- We are not liable for content performance (views, engagement, reach) on any platform
- We are not liable for platform algorithm decisions, account standing, demonetization, or content removal by TikTok, YouTube, or any third party
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or timely operation of the automated publishing pipeline
- API outages, rate limits, and third-party service disruptions may affect publishing schedules
- Our total liability for any claim related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim
11. Termination
Creators may stop using viral-videos at any time by:
- Revoking Platform access through TikTok settings ("Security and permissions" → "Apps and sessions")
- Revoking YouTube OAuth access through Google Account settings ("Third-party apps & services")
- Contacting us to request account disconnection (GitHub Issues)
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform for any Creator who violates these Terms, applicable laws, or platform policies.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our practices, platform policies, or legal requirements. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active Creators of material changes. Continued use of viral-videos after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Creator's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from the use of viral-videos shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through the appropriate legal channels in the applicable jurisdiction.
