viral-videos (branded as ViralVideos) is a public content automation platform that enables TikTok creators to generate and publish daily AI-powered horoscope videos. Our platform integrates with TikTok through the official Content Posting API and Login Kit to publish content to authorized creator accounts. viral-videos is available to any TikTok user who wishes to connect their account — it is not a private or internal tool.
viral-videos does NOT collect, store, or process personal data from end users or video viewers. The Platform operates as a server-side automation service. For content creators who connect their TikTok accounts, we process the following data exclusively for the purpose of providing our service:
user.info.basic scope. This data is used solely to authenticate API requests and display your profile within the Platform interface. viral-videos integrates with TikTok through the following official APIs, available to all approved TikTok Developer applications:
user.info.basic scope (open ID, avatar, display name) and video.publish / video.upload scopes. All permissions are explicitly granted by the creator and can be revoked at any time.All TikTok API usage complies with TikTok's Developer Terms, Privacy Policy, and API Terms of Service. Creators can revoke viral-videos' access at any time through their TikTok account settings under "Security and permissions" → "Apps and sessions".
viral-videos uses the following third-party APIs as part of our content generation pipeline. No personal data is shared with these services:
viral-videos does not retain creator personal data. Generated video files and temporary assets (audio, subtitles, clips) are automatically deleted from our servers after successful publishing to the target platforms. No user databases or persistent logs containing personal information are maintained. Any profile data received via TikTok Login Kit is held in memory only during the active publishing session and discarded immediately after.
viral-videos does not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties. The Platform does not display advertisements, use ad networks, or participate in data brokerage of any kind. We do not share creator information between different creator accounts on the Platform.
viral-videos is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in the user's jurisdiction). All content published through our Platform on TikTok and YouTube is appropriately marked as not directed to children. The Platform does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
viral-videos operates on secure server infrastructure with encrypted API communications (HTTPS/TLS). API credentials are stored as environment variables with restricted access. Video content is transferred to platforms via their official secure APIs. We implement industry-standard security practices to protect the limited data we process.
viral-videos' server infrastructure may be located outside the creator's country of residence. All data processing follows applicable data protection regulations. Since no personal data is persistently collected or stored, cross-border data transfer concerns are minimal.
